Refund Policy

We stand behind wp-scan.org Premium. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to all paid plans: Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime. We want you to feel confident trying Premium knowing you have a safety net.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer credit in lieu of refunds unless you request it.
- Email us at support@wp-scan.org from the email address registered on your account
- Include your license key or PayPal/Razorpay transaction ID in the email
- We will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Conditions & Exceptions
The 30-day refund guarantee applies with the following conditions:
- One refund per customer. The guarantee may only be used once per customer account or billing entity.
- Good-faith usage. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we detect the license key was used to download or export a large number of reports in a pattern suggesting abuse of the refund policy.
- Revoked licenses. If your license was revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. sharing or reselling your key), no refund will be issued.
- Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, your account will be suspended. Please contact us directly — we resolve all legitimate refund requests promptly.
- Large Scan Credits. Credits that have already been used (consumed to scan a file) are non-refundable. Unused credits are fully refundable within the 30-day window.
Renewals
For Monthly and Yearly plans that auto-renew via PayPal subscription:
- You may request a refund for the most recent renewal charge within 7 days of the renewal date
- We recommend cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue — see our Cancellation Policy
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. PayPal refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Razorpay refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, per Razorpay's processing times.
